In collaboration with Matilda Pye (V&A Research Fellow), the practice of collective listening through Soundwalking was employed to facilitate an exploration of the environs of the new V&A Here East site in Hackney Wick. The concept of In Reach was to invite former artists in residence, stakeholders around Hackney Wick and V & A staff, to offer provocations and insights to Reach In before Reaching Out to better understand the institution’s capacity to listen.
